Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Where we ship: all lower 48 states (and Washington, DC).
• Cost: $150 flat rate via FedEx Ground.
• Timing: orders ship within 5 business days. FedEx Ground delivery then takes 5–10 business days, so allow 10–15 business days in total.
• Alaska and Hawaii: shipping carries an additional charge. Please call us at (203) 267-1000 for a shipping quote before ordering.
• Tracking: when your order ships we email you the FedEx tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check your order any time on the Track Your Order page using your order number and email address, with no account needed.

Returns

• Returns are accepted as long as the package has not been opened.
• The customer pays for return shipping.
• To start a return, call (203) 267-1000 or email microfab@optonline.net with your order number.

Damaged in shipping

• If the box looks damaged when it arrives, take pictures of the damaged box before you open it and send them to us with your order number.
• If any panels are damaged, we will replace the panel at no additional cost.
